Pissouri Village
Pissouri is a quiet, traditional Cypriot village about 15 minute drive from Aphrodite Hills. It offers some good local restaurants set in the tranquil surroundings of this sleepy enclave. Pissouri is split into two, the village at the top of the hill that hosts the ‘village square’ and ‘Pissouri Bay’, overlooking the beach.

Excellent food, best in the area with lovely views. Great fixed menu three course traditional English Sunday lunch. Through Pissouri village take a right turn halfway up the hill to the village, go up the winding hill, first building on the left at the top. Booking advisable.

The new look taverna serves traditional Cypriot food with a modern twist. The owner (Harry) is one of the best sommeliers in Cyprus so you can always count on some good wine suggestions to accompany your food. Bouzouki nights on Wednesday provide live acoustic Greek music for an authentic Cypriot dinning experience. Elvis visits once a month but check web site for special events. If shisha smoking is your thing ask Harry and he will gladly oblige.

Pissouri bay is a small hamlet of restraunts situated near Pissouri beach.
Follow B6 past the village and turn off and continue for 3K until the right turn for Pissouri jetty.
